Student Declaration and Permission
All Year 12s (including part-time and repeaters) are required by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) to complete an online student declaration and permissions form. The declaration is available through SCSA’s student portal https://studentportal.scsa.wa.edu.au.
